Search for a specialist on thyroid disease (endocrinologist) at the website of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. The search facility sometimes gets bogged down so to find a Toronto area physician  leave the specific area selection blank. Then click “Specialists” and select “Endocrinology and Metabolism" in the drop down box.”  Scroll through the results. Many of the doctors that show up are Toronto based. Although many physicians listed here have a notation that they are not accepting new patients, it may be helpful to double-check with your family physician. You will need a doctor’s referral to see a specialist.
